"We reserved a private room for two and we were surprised for the size, clean and not noisy at all. The location is perfect and it’s a good place to escape from the overcrowded Florence during summer."

"Muy bien ubicado, amables, excelente desayuno bufet, limpiaban todos los días la habitación. El patio muy agradable para descansar, tomar algo, comer. Lo único es que mi colchón no era muy cómodo y la sábana no se quedaba en su lugar por estar el colchón cubierto de hule. Pero volvería a quedarme en este lugar."

"We got the room for handicap so there was no glass shower door in bathroom and it caused problems after showered. AC working great and room was clean and spacious- there were no microwave in common areas. Hairdryer was in front desk if you need to borrow one. Overall was good."

"My main issue was cleanliness. I know this is a budget hostel, but cleanliness should still be the management’s priority still despite how much people are paying. Many spots were dusty, windows had marks, the beddings looked it wasn’t washed really well, the bathroom drain had hairs. Other issues were: There were also other issues like the bedsheet were so worn it had holes. There was only 2 lifts servicing all the floors. So at around checkout time, it was so packed that people with luggages...
