Apartemen di Kotamadya Regional L'Assomption

"Please read this before you proceede to your booking! We had a really bad experience while renting this property. Dirty dishes, no had towels, no internet, no feet mats on bathroom, no hand soap, no body wash, broken glasses, broken curtains, apartment infested with fruit flies coming from the nasty dishwasher, and the worst part is that the host NEVER replied to ANY of our messages. I tried fixing it through Expedia, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!"

"The apartment felt elegant and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of room to relax and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotless, filled with natural light, and generously equipped. Its central location made it easy to enjoy nearby restaurants, cafés, and attractions. The only drawback was occasional street noise from delivery vehicles, especially at busier times, but overall it was a lovely place to stay."

"Nice room for the price, and the manager, Miguel is very helpful!"

"Fantastic location!Everything within walking distance. Safe area. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Host was prompt in replying when we needed to connect. A perfect stay for 3 nights."

"The space had all of the amenities you would expect, but unfortunately not everything was maintained/available as you’d expect. The biggest issue was that the WiFi didn’t work for 90% of our trip, which was a big issue for those of us without data to fall back on. The bathrooms weren’t clean when we arrived and there was a hole in the ceiling that dripped water and formed a puddle outside of one of the bathrooms. The walls were also very thin so we could hear the other guests very easily, but...

"This property was nicely laid out and very clean. We loved this neighborhood. It had activities and amenities within short walking distance. The historic buildings nearby were very interesting and the bike paths were close by. A wonderful stay. We would come again!"

"5 stars! ⭐️ Strongly recommend."

"Very clean and comfortable living space. Staff are joyful, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely recommend Les Lofts du Centre to friends/family and stay there again. Merci!"

"Absolutely no value and atmosphere near property is below average"

"L’endroit est spacieux mais un ménage de fond s’impose. Nous avons nettoyé le plancher et ramassé un porte poussière rempli de saleté. Nous avons nettoyé-désinfecté l’évier de la cuisine qui avait des endroits gluants. La hot de la cuisinière était graisseuse et sale, les tapis dans les chambres étaient sales, les housses de chaises de salle à manger étaient très sales, la porte du frigo était sale, de même que plusieurs recoins du loft."
