"The hotel is swank and in a great location. I upgraded to a Superior room on the 3rd floor. I have two suggestions. 1) you need bigger towels, (they are like face cloths) 2) you have to find a way to add storage for clothes, maybe a shelf under the bed. I could not imagine staying there with my wife with her clothes. No place for luggage either. Other than that the staff was great, the roof deck was amazing and the location is enviable. Brian"

"Check in and check out was friendly and fast. There was a children's activity area in the lobby with coloring pages and a play tent. Outside there is a playground. The walk to the CDGVal train is mostly covered and close to the hotel entrance."

"Brilliant stay. We booked for our visit to Disneyland Paris and the hotel was very close and has a free shuttle bus running into the park. Brilliant hotel, clean, friendly staff, over all great stay. Would definitely return if we were to return back to Disneyland. "

"I wanted to go to to the rooftop unfortunately the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed. Other wise the hotel is top notch."

Our flight changed and when I asked to be in the same room . She was helpful . Anna the concierge was very informative . Elena checked us out and gave us a fond farewell . "The location is excellent - near the train station. The price is also quite fair. The breakfast was great - although just a bit pricey if you don't have a hearty appetite. This is a different type of economy hotel - a highly automated check-in/check-out, print-your-own keys, a room with no carpeting, an iPad to control the room lights, TV, a great view from the top of the Paris sunset, and great work areas on the main floor. The rooms are efficiently designed, with preconstructed components, but also highly sensible (the safe was under the bed, and luggage could be stored there too). The heating/AC, soundproofing, and blackout blinds all worked great. This is not your hotel if you want local color in a five-story walkup. However, this is a perfect choice if you are looking for a clean and restful place at a reasonable price with excellent support staff. We would come back and/or use this chain again."
