"Location is the star here. Very close to National mall and restaurants. Area is generally safe Hotel was fine - though for a new hotel there are already signs of wear (wallpaper starting to peel). Also, I know dc is hot and temp is gate to regulate but the room just felt constantly “damp.” I didn’t try the restaurant but no room service. Again, not a bad stay - got the price it was fine"

"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...

"Very convenient to the Capitol, and the rooftop bar was very cool with views of the Capitol Dome. I went in the evening/after sunset, and I couldn't read the menu as it was a small narrow font and there wasn't much light. But the staff was very helpful and the property is pretty new; overall, really enjoyed my stay!"

"Bathrooms had a handicap, walk in shower with detachable shower head. Great for all! And safer too. Lobby Coffee/tea service needs to be available at times posted. I was there at 7 am and had to wait until 7:30 for coffee and had meetings on the Hill at 8 am."

"May 28- May 31 was our stay. We enjoyed our stay at the Pendry for our Anniversary. The only thing that made us disappointed was the fact that the hotel never acknowledged our anniversary. We’ve stay at all the Wharf area hotels for our anniversary in the past and each hotel either sent a happy anniversary cake or bottle of wine just to say congratulations and thank us for choosing their hotel for our very special occasion. The Pendry did nothing ☹️. I didn’t think that was too much to expect...

"Excellent location. Short walk to restaurants, busy night life, lively street. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Clean room and attentive staffs. Thank you for Jennifer and Nia for taking care of me with my needs as my stay there. The breakfast staff is fast and courteous. I would return to stay there again next time."

"Conveniently located in downtown DC. Great pool and rooms! We traveled with six adults and had two rooms. Two adults slept on pullout beds and the others slept in real beds. Bathrooms in each room were immaculate as were the other facilities. They have a cook to order egg/omelette station where they also serve the meat and potatoes of the day and it’s included with your room. We ended up eating in the hotel restaurant both nights and had good (but expensive) meals."
