"Beautiful facility, all the amenities, rooms, restaurants, etc. Every single staff member we met were smiling, happy to be there, and eager to be of help, or to give a kind word. I loved the system for identifying if room was occupied or not, so that housekeeping could easily service room. Room service was always on time, and every item we asked for was there, along with ones we didn’t think to ask for…this was nice on those early mornings, and mornings we got to sleep in a bit and be lazy. ...

"Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. The host provided detailed instructions and checked we had arrived safely following a long flight from the UK. Hotel standard toiletries were provided along with some clothes and dishwashing tablets. "I genuinely enjoyed the room and view but the service, top notch. I needed an iron, brand new one provided. I needed suggestions for parking, multiple given. The staff were funny and I enjoyed talking to the ladies and young man in the office. I stayed in 623 and would have no problem coming back for ANOTHER great visit. "

"The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect for the Kennedy Center with free shuttle service from the Foggy Bottom at GWU just 2 to 3 blocks away. All in all, it was a delightful stay and I would stay there again!"
