From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. "The room was clean, but the bathroom door kept sliding open on its own, and one of the elevators was always out of order throughout the day by staff which constantly created a problem with wait time to go up and down being on the 19th floor. Also my key card sometimes had issues unlocking the door to the room."
