"The room was very clean & presentable, with the mini bar re-stocked every day. The hotel itself felt like a quality 4 star and I was happy with the facilities. It was a slight shame that it cost money to use the gym (from what I understand) as I would have expected this to be free. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful - especially the bar staff on the terrace. My only minor point of constructive feedback would be when I requested a late checkout at 1am (which was the same day as my checkout) I was told I need to come back in the morning in case there were any bookings through the night. It makes sense as it is peak holiday season but it would have been nice to have had confirmation when I first asked.
I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment there but the rest of my stay was very pleasant and overall I would definitely stay here again."
