"Wir hätten volle Punktzahl gegeben wenn man nicht so eine schlechten Zimmerservice bieten würde. Das schlimmste ist das man Toilettenpapier hinterherlaufen muss oder es sich selber kaufen muss, alle 4-5 Tage kommt jemand um ein bisschen etwas zu machen wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche alle 7 Tage.
Toilettenpapier bekommt man nur wenn man sich an der Rezeption beschwert. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Ich hoffe dieses ändert sich und dann kommen wir bestimmt nächsten Urlaub wieder. Wir werden es...

"There is no central heating in this place; A gas heater and a fireplace are available. The staff offered to start the heater, which we accepted, and a box of wood was provided for self-servicing the fireplace.
