Our room was fabulous, a junior suite so it was large, light and airy and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, a nice large tub and shower. The cleanliness was maintained throughout our visit which we appreciated. The help getting tickets and taxis and information at the front desk was also very good. "We have been staying here for over a decade. The recent r enovation has been excellent. Most of all the breakfast buffet is fantastic and delicious. BTW Canadian Maple syrup for pancakes! Now that is Attention to ! Location is excellent.5he recept8on is so attentive, ditoin dining room. We asked for an ex5ra chair and in a few minutes it was brought."

"I stayed at the hotel for 8 days as I used Aix en Provence as a base to explore the city and the Luberon. I believe the hotel provided good value and the on line photos are accurate. I appreciated that the water pressure in the shower was good and the hot water was plentiful. The AC worked well. The front desk staff was helpful and spoke good English. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, although it was the same every day.. The indoor dining room was a bit claustrophobic, however the outdoor dining...

"Nice, quiet and clean. Helpful staff. Close to canal du Midi. Kinda far from the metro if you're old or have a difficult time walking. If you're healthy, you can walk to downtown and the banks of the Garonne. Breakfast wasn't bad. Bed is between firm and soft. I thought it was comfortable. "
