"A charming hotel with a great vibe. All of the staff from the front desk to the cleaners were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. There is nice communal space to relax and lots of information on local attractions. Our room was a little basic but clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a kettle in the room with tea/coffee bags available for free at reception, where you could also find a daily detox fruit drink...very welcome after a heavy night. The real gem though is the attached jazz...

"Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in occasione del Festival delle luci. La scelta si è rivelata azzeccata da tutti i punti di vista. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare la città grazie alla vicinanza di 2 stazioni di metropolitana. La struttura è ben tenuta, l'accoglienza è stata cordiale, la camera confortevole. Non possiamo dare un giudizio della colazione in quanto non ne abbiamo usufruito. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti, pasticcerie, supermercati. Da consigliare."

"Hotel Mercure.Lyon Centre was a fantastic stay. So many positives! First and foremost…after travelling for 3 weeks, I had the best sleep at this hotel. It was quiet! Absolutely no street noise. The bed was good too. Beyond providing ideal conditions for quality sleep, the room was spacious and clean. Further, this hotel provided an excellent breakfast. "The hotel proudly advertises it is a 2 star hotel and I would agree. There were limited amenities and the room I stayed in was fairly small with a bed that moved about a little fairly easily and pillows could use some improvement as they're very small. However, it was exactly what I wanted, clean bed and room, great location walking distance from almost all of the attractions in the area and the staff were friendly and accommodating. "
