"This is an excellent hotel in a terrific area. We disembark from the cruise ship in the morning and had a 36 hours stay in BA. The hotel let us check in at noon instead of the normal 3 pm time because of the Expedia reservation. This was very helpful as we had an earlier than normal rise and not so smooth disembarkation. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom, equipped with a high class jacuzzi, was great. The spa room/gym was nice but we didn't get to use it.The receptionist,...

"Room was spotless! Staff were on top of our check in despite the very late time. Very patient with my not understanding and made it very clear. The bed was extremely comfortable, hot water was definitely hot, plenty of cookware to use and just a pleasure overall. Ability to walk to stores, restaurants and neighborhood.The staff go above and beyond, they deserve a raise. Would recommend to others. "

"Great location in the heart of San Telmo. Very spacious two level loft with a huge comfy bed. Staff were very hospitable and gracious. Were able to leave our bags after checkout. High water pressure rainfall shower with lots of hot water. AC kept the room at a comfortable even temperature."
