"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the main sightseeing spots around town. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, which added to the positive experience."

"The room was a lot older than expected. The bathroom just had a bathtub with a long handle shower head but nowhere to hold the shower head higher so you can't really shower standing up. It also didn't have any shower curtains"
