"This hotel was in a perfect area, 5 minute walk from the train/bus station and close to all the attractions including the lake. Clean room, friendly staff! I enjoyed staying here."

"Great room, very nice early check in and special directions were key to get to the hotel because it’s in the heart of the town. Excellent location! Private secure garage parking was also key. Only thing to Know is the breakfast buffet is an additional 40€ a person which was really out of line with each other place we stayed. Looked beautiful, but cheaper better restaurants nearby. They should make a little coffee station for those who just want a hot coffee in the morning, since there was...

"The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the old part of town, close to parks and the lake. We were able to walk into town, explore, head back for a break and then go right back exploring. Breakfast was very good and the eating area and patio were fantastic. The first lady that met us upon check in wasn't very friendly but the rest of the staff were excellent."

"2 pillows, blanket & brown shag carpet in room smelled. We tried asking the front desk for a change but they spoke no English. We asked Expedia to check & help but they were also told to call the next day when someone English speaking maybe at front desk. Room appeared clean otherwise but foul smelling bedding and old brown shaggy carpet ruined our stay unfortunately. Hotel front desk also said no room change was possible since they were sold out."

"This hotel shuttle and condition of the property was perfect! The hotel is about a 10 min shuttle ride from the airport/airport train station. We stayed here when flying both at the begging and close of our journey in Switzerland. It utilizes the same shuttle as Intercity Hotels. This is a basic hotel. Clean, nice shower. Breakfast is offered for a fee, but we did not experience this. Cons: pillows were not great. Too big and lumpy."

"Loved this hotel. Everything has been well Thought out and cared for. Staff is plentiful and friendly. Only improvement would be if hotel airport shuttle ran more frequently. I waited a bit over 30 minutes and saw other hotel’s shuttles pass through multiple times."

"Hotel room was clean and spacious. Perfectly located right next to the lake and in the heart of the old town. Not many amenities but that was fine since the lake is right there. Highly recommend!"

"The room was furnished with 2 single beds and a queen size bed. Mattresses very comfortable, bedding clean. The bathroom was a little tight and outdated. I would definitely stay again. Very close to town center. Parking de Poste is very close underground parking and inexpensive for 24 hours."

"Staff, room and facilities were all exceptional. Only drawback is lacking A/C if you are visiting in summer time; or I should say in exceptionally hot summers! Other than that the staff tried all the best to assist us moving into a more cooler and spacious room."
