The Staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. On arrival The room smelt extremely stuffy and had to be aired. It would have been helpful if we had a kettle or tea making facilities in the room and a usable Wifi connection.

Basic hotel just of the motorway exit.

Basic hotel just off the motorway in Oléans. Secure parking, basic but clean room. Bathroom is one of those plastic "pods" but adequate for one night. Not much in terms of restaurants nearby but only 5 min walk to the tram which takes you to the centre of town every 15 mins or so. Buy tickets at the park and ride €3.40 return.

This was an overnight stop on a longer journey. Rooms are basic, (exactly the same as all in this brand), but functional. 2 rooms. 1 was very clean, the other was less so (sheets stained?). Staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Doors open into internal corridors (better than last one where they opened outdoors).

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were polite, but the building itself is in a very poor and neglected condition. The rooms are extremely small and do not correspond to the impression given by the photos, which appear to be taken with strong wide-angle techniques. The spaces are cramped, uncomfortable and unsuitable for a normal stay. The bathroom and shower were so small and unpleasant that it was impossible to take a shower without touching everything around and feeling dirty rather than clean. There was no proper place where a guest could sit with a laptop and do even a small amount of work. This is not a minor inconvenience, it makes the room practically unusable for anyone who needs basic comfort or functionality. Even worse, the property hosts animals, and during our stay we found evidence of animals relieving themselves in the corridors (see the picture attached). Another serious issue is the lack of proper natural light and ventilation. The window surface appears to be far below any reasonable legal standard for natural lighting and air circulation. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were kind. Unfortunately, kindness cannot compensate for a run-down building, misleading room presentation, lack of usable space and a general feeling of dirt and discomfort. I would never stay here again and I strongly advise other travelers to avoid it.
