"The hotel is nothing like what you see on the pictures. The elevator floors were broken, Cleaning staff ONLY come once every 3 days. The rooms were not perfectly clean. Water clogging at the bath. Small rooms, broken digital clocks. Old TVs connected to cable that did not work. Pictures can be shared upon request. I didn't experience the outdoor pool. When asked for to extend for a day, I was told to book it online via 3rd party - as it was cheaper. The way it was explained seemed like they did not want to do it."

"The main reason why I rated it 3 star was because the rooms had absolutely no protection from noise … the room next door had people who chose to stay up all night playing music and talk … it wasn’t loud but it was very disturbing and we didn’t sleep well Also the property pools were actually too hot for swimming and the bathrooms do t have showers which is not convenient since the amenities are accross the street"

"Whenever we need to travel to Miami for family events/visits, we stay at the Best Western in North Miami Beach. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional. Lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient and great rate."
