I found this property had what I needed and is in convenient location. I had the smallest room with only a twin bed. There are five rooms in the building and they don't share a lot of common walls, so it was quiet. Has a small refrigerator that could get quickly filled up if all five rooms were occupied, but was fine for my stay. Bathroom is clean with a good shower. It's the only one for the five rooms but I only had to wait my last morning. Convenient off street parking. The wifi worked well. Kitchen only has a microwave for cooking. They provide a few dishes and utensils. The neighborhood is below average and building fits in with it, but overall this was a satisfactory stay.

That place is nasty in every way, they were roaches in the bedroom not mentioning the bathroom was dirty. That place should not been listed on this site at all.

Beware. Inside and outside of the home is very dirty. We even found bugs in our bed. The neighborhood is dangerous. And the host was very rude. Check in was confusing. There’s only a mini fridge provided and he’s renting 5 rooms separately to other individuals. Theres only one bathroom for 5 different guests.There’s not enough parking. It was a horrible experience overall.

My flight was delayed and i called hotel about after hours check in. I was informed if im not there my 11pm than i cant check in. The info on site says there is virtual check. He said he would refund when i first talked to him then the next day says i need to call expedia.

run do not go here and you will not get your money back i went there 2pm checking is 3 o clock took 1 look because the front door was open like open could see from the road and i said hell no i drove back up to Sterling Road and went to Target sat there for hours to catch WIFI to try to find a next place with the prices increase because it was weekend . i have learned my lesson i will not get no place to stay online please people check these places in person do not pay 1st you will loose ya hard earn money . To scamers and protection plan do not work.

Please don’t book here, I really think that this place needs to be looked at or have an inspection done, it’s run down and the same security code opened 2 different room doors which is unsafe, the bedroom doors don’t reach the bottom as if the door was cut short, the bathroom has mold on the curtains and the shower, the tv didn’t work properly you can only see a part of the screen the rest is black, the WiFi is non existent, I booked because it was last minute and writhing my price range but I regretted it, it’s a very dark alley with very little light please have this place investigated I don’t know how it’s on Expedia
