"Great stay and wonderful staff! We had a great experience staying here in Mexico City. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We unfortunately had an issue with the hot water for two days, but the team did everything they could to make things right and even provided us with a refund. We truly appreciated their effort, professionalism, and hospitality."

"The hotel was very beautiful, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. However, a few issues affected our stay. The room had no coffee maker, so I ordered coffee through room service from the restaurant, but unfortunately it arrived cold. In addition, the toilet wasn't working properly, and we had to call someone to come to the room and fix it. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff provided good service, but I believe you should address these issues to improve the guest...

"Pésimo Hotel"

"The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing is that (as is the problem with many properties in Mexico City due to sinking) the floor in our room is not level which took some getting used to but in the and was fine. Also the housekekeper kept moving things back when I moved them to make it more convenient for me - annoying but a small issue. We felt very safe, they have a 24hour doorman who lets you in and out, even offers you an umbrella if it looks like...

"I can’t recommend the hotel enough. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very attentive. They helped us every step of the way. The location was also very central and the breakfast was amazing. The projectors were fun to use."
