We spent 15 minutes waiting to be seated in the restaurant before we decided to just go elsewhere.

GrandStay Hotel & Suites
The breakfast was not very fresh. Thr warm food was soggy. The hot tub was not warm enough. The floor is the bathroom was dirty. The staff were very nice and the hotel is in a good spot to walk to the river and downtown.

The hotel building itself could use some maintenance. The restaurant was closed (permanently?) and there were random tools in the lobby.
