"The housekeeping was excellent. There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush,these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it. The ongoing disappointment was the wardrobe didn’t have a hanging space for dresses or long coats,we ended up buying coat hangers and hanging them on pictures around the room"

"This is a piece of paradise a few miles away from Estepona. If I could leave a 6* review I would. The attention to detail is excellent as is the service and the hosts efforts to make your stay the best it can be. When you arrive you get shown around the property and how everything works. "Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend."

"This hotel had very reasonable rates, but that is about the only positive thing I have to say. The room was not very clean. It looked like it hadn't been dusted in over a month. In one of the dresser drawers was a plastic bag with a sweater inside that someone had purchased from a drug store. Obviously the maid service was not doing their job. The room also had no towels when I arrived, so I had the inconvenience of having to go to the front desk to get them, as they would not bring them to me....

"What a fantastic place. Somewhere to relax, eat well and recover. Great service at all stages. A modest menu choice wise but excellent in quality, locally sourced products full of flavour. A family run hotel and it shows. The whole ambiance is spot on. A place for the summer, nice pool and gardens with patios to sit out on and enjoy food and wine. For winter I spotted a fab lounge with a big working fireplace. Rooms are light, airy and very comfortable. Small terrace to sit outside. "
