"Staff (Mike) was knowledgeable, but others appeared new and poorly trained. The hotel has a tired appearance. The mold around edge of the tub. Sliding glass shower door replaced by curtain. Bed was clean but lumpy. Breakfast was Buffet and was lacking as hotel free breakfast fare goes. Turkey bacon looked like science experiment. It was the most expensive of the 4 hotels we stayed at this 5-day friends getaway weekend. Lake George has to make money in the summer, so I get the prices are wacky. I cannot say, "don't stay, but know it's not updated". Lady at front desk Friday, 7/17 was super. Very friendly and helpful. Too bad the property is so worn out."
