This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice. They transport you around on golf carts when ever needed, and get your car for you so you don’t have to walk around. The spa was a 10/10, from the setting to the actual massage. This is a place I’d revisit.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic, one of the best I have ever been too. The room was beautiful, exactly as pictured. We loved not just the in deck hot tub, but the pools as well and the 98 degree pool bar. Pools are open 24 hours and are very warm, so even in the rain it was amazing. The chocolate cake at the bakery was sublime. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an absolutely 5* experience.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The place is beautiful, our room was always clean. We enjoyed the spa couple treatment. The staff are very friendly and it feels like they just want you to be happy and enjoy your stay. We celebrated our anniversary and my birthday and the staff really made an effort to make us feel special. We would definitely recommend this place and would be glad to visit again.

Don’t even look at another resort, this place is it!!! Absolutely breathtaking rooms and property and the staff make your stay extremely special and personalized. Really a luxury stay. I’m not used to such all encompassing service. Even provided some gifts for our anniversary. Great site with great sights. Privacy was excellent and views were stunning. Jungle is a bit noisy but we found it a perfect background white noise to accompany the summer rains.

Room was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful when booking excursions, using the shuttle to get to town, and getting around the property especially in the rain. Food at the hotel was good but it's also close to town and you can get good food while out. Spa was great.

Truly amazing property. It’s so nice that it is easy to forget you are in a jungle, until it’s night and all the jungle bugs want to try to get into the room - but can’t. Deck hot tub is the place to be with an amazing view. Dining was very good and staff were ultra attentive and accommodating.
