"This place is a birder’s paradise. They have every tropical habitat you could want on the back trails, and proper guides to spot the birds. "Jungle vibes, sweet staff and very clean rooms. But the poolsides were messy and dirty in the mornings. For whatever reason emergency lights went on at 3am one night & would not turn off, disturbed our sleep. Entrance presentation needs a facelift. I’d rate the resort a 3.5-4stars. "

"This hotel gives the feel of being inside the jungle but only 10 min drive from La Fortuna city. We saw toucans, lizards and could hear howler monkeys right outside our rooms. If you don’t have a car, uber is extremely affordable and convenient. Get the breakfast buffet add on, the food is delicious and changes daily. "This is a new property and every is perfectly manicured and every detail was carefully thought out. It truly is a sanctuary and a very relaxing and magical place to stay. We were here 7 nights and truely made our trip feel like a vacation. Everything was exceptional from the 5 star food and the staff was excellent and memorable. "Staff was very nice and accommodating. I like that the receptionist / property manager gentleman would walk up to cars to make sure there they were actual guests and there for reason. (He walked up to us parking a few times, especially at night and I appreciated that) The property is beautiful, the bungalow was clean and pretty cool. Pool was great and the AC was pumpin! The restaurant was amazing and the same price as mediocre food in town. Great location close to the tourist sites with a great view of the volcano. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! "
