"Tolle Poolanlage über mehrere Ebenen und viele unterschiedliche Becken sowie 2 Rutschen. Am Samstag waren leider sehr viele Gäste auch von außerhalb des Hotels mit Tagespass im Poolbereich. In den Bars und Becken wurde viel Alkohol getrunken und es war recht laut. Direkter Blick auf den Vulkan war super. Man kann direkt mit dem Auto in die weitläufige Anlage fahren. Das war sehr praktisch."

Beautiful mountain views and amazing mornings, awakening to the sounds of all manner of birds, frogs and other animals. "The property was very unique- literally set in the rainforest! It was so lovely to sit on the patio and hear the birds, watch the hummingbirds, look at the volcano and be at peace. We stayed in the suite deluxe room which was incredible. We especially loved the open air rock shower! The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and were cleaned daily. "This is not a place to go. The staff is not responsive and seems uninterested in customer service. We had a bat in the room that started flying around and they sent someone with a pool cleaner and iphone for a light. We asked to change rooms and it took negotiation to get approval Then in the new room there was no hot water, the front desk said they forgot to turn in on when we moved rooms. There is a single pool, very small and focused on swim-up bar. They are updating and reconstructing...

"Beautiful hotel, very clean with lots of green native plants. The breakfast is simple yet tasty and healthy. Staff were very pleasant. I would most definitely book there again if I go back to Costa Rica."

"Had an amazing stay here. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, very comfy with comfy bed and pillows, I wanted to take them home. Found the main restaurant to be a little stuck up, food was fabulous though. We much preferred the pool side dinner and lunch atmosphere. We used the hot pools on the property and decided to go check out the off site pools, we did not enjoy those, the experience at the hotel was much nicer. Highly recommend a day trip to Tabacon only a few minutes drive...
