"The property was amazing, so many fun areas to take photos and sit. There was even a garden with all sorts of herbs and veggies to see growing. The tub on the patio was my favorite part, second to the food and spa services. The staff were amazing, I was able to practice my Spanish with them and they were very patient and kind. They even helped with photos, a true all inclusive experience. I had a wonderful stay there and would absolutely stay again. Pura vida!"

The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. "Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. "

"The location was beautiful. The rooms are VERY large. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. The beds and pillows were ok. Maybe we just assumed beacuse of the price that it would be a little more premium. But the experience was Ok...

"We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....
