" Just what we needed to wrap up our trip and be conveniently close to the airport. The front desk and restaurant staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the airport shuttle made everything easy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. "This was a lovely place to spend our first couple of nights in Costa Rica after a long flight. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfasts were great, as was our evening meal. The accommodation felt vibrant and Costa Rican, which we loved, but could do with a little updating. However, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We really enjoyed the coffee tour and would highly recommend it."

"La atención en la recepción deja mucho que desear, poco dispuesta y nada amable. El aire de la habitación se dañó a las 2 a.m., al momento de reportarlo nos dijeron que el técnico llegaría después de las 9 a.m., eran las 12 del mediodía y aún seguíamos esperando que lo arreglaran. El desayuno con opciones bien limitadas. El olor del lugar súper desagradable. La ubicación no es buena, para llegar a cualquier lugar decente debes manejar por lo menos unos minutos 15/20 minutos. NO LO RECOMIENDO...

"Nos llevamos la mala experiencia que el check in era a las 3pm y nos hicieron esperar hasta casi las 5pm porque no estaban disponibles, y el personal se mostraba bastante estresado por la cantidad de personas con el mismo inconveniente y no fueron muy empaticos con los huéspedes. El hotel está un poco deteriorado, hay pasillos con alfombras en muy mal estado! El desayuno muy bueno y muy surtido "

"Staff were very nice. Beautiful location and gorgeous property. I didn’t like the fact that animals were in captivity. We went to Nayara next and found monkeys were free there jumping from tree to tree. It also got very crowded during the day as they allow outside guests to the gardens. It is priced high compared to other luxury properties and its overall value. Adding the breakfast can be a good feature they can offer. Overall - staff are very nice.
