"AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. "

"The property and surroundings were beautiful. The room was very nice and fit our family of four perfectly. We loved hearing the nature noise maker surrounding us and the nature hike was really fun too. I would recommend a 4x4 to get to the property, it is a good ways up a bumpy road."

"The dome suite was most unusual and quirky. Large comfortable bed with integrated storage in the unique bamboo head board. Lovely and totally private outdoor space, perfect for watching the birds and immersing oneself into the sounds of nature. "Our hostess was very warm and welcoming, the garden surrounding the rooms was the most beautiful area, full of tropical flowering plants and many varieties of birds. The patio where breakfast was served was quaint and peaceful and the pool was a perfect bonus amenity. "
