"The room we paid for was not the room we received. When I questioned this with the staff, they said there is nothing they can about it and said all the other rooms were booked. The room I paid was supposed to have a King size bed, fridge, and fan. The one I received had a double bed and no fan or fridge. The pool was not in service and it was empty. Parking was very stressful as there is a steep slope and minimal space to maneuver. The only good thing about the stay was the view and breakfast was delicious. This still doesn't make up for us being given the wrong room."
