"As there aren’t many hotel options in the area, and most others are quite expensive, this place is a great find. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it offers beautiful sunset views, and if you’re staying in Room 3, you'll have a great view of Le Morne. "The receptionist, named Jeremy, is bald with a beard. He's terrible, disrespectful, and rude. He's damaging the chalet's reputation. He accused me multiple times of taking two drinks from the minibar, and I told him repeatedly that I hadn't taken anything, but he wouldn't believe me. He's impolite, unprofessional, and a liar. "Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl groß, sodass jeder etwas Passendes finden konnte.
Allerdings würde ich nicht empfehlen, das Hotel am Wochenende zu buchen. Es ist dann leider viel zu überfüllt. Zudem haben sich einige einheimische Gäste nicht besonders rücksichtsvoll verhalten, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Die kommen in großen Gruppen !

"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery.
It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful.
The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy.
I also enjoyed the on-site sauna.
My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work.
Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."
