"Stanza in ottime condizioni, bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio e doccia. Vicinissimo all’ospedale nel mio caso molto comodo per motivi lavorativi. Staff gentile e professionale. Parcheggio in zona blu con pass fornito dall’hotel. "

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff , We had to hire a kettle to make a coffee in our room ,that was 6 euros a day . You would think a kettle is standard in a room , Good position for the train station and getting to tge shops & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good , plenty to choose from."

"Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee...

"Room was very spacious and clean. Facility is old but clean. Price for breakfast was very reasonable and small amount of foods on buffett bar but staff kept up with replenishing foods - this kept food fresh. Parking was free and plenty spaces were availble."

"Struttura situata in una zona tranquilla con molti parcheggi (a pagamento) lungo la strada. La camera sarebbe carina, ma necessita di manutenzione: al nostro arrivo ci è rimasta la maniglia in mano e anche la doccia non è stata piacevole, perché il doccino non funzionava e il soffione grande fisso pure era mezzo rotto, perché schizzava acqua da tutte le parti. Un'ultima accortezza che non costa nulla: sarebbe bello far trovare agli ospiti una bottiglietta d'acqua e magari del tè o del caffè per...

"Be sure to arrive by 5 pm or else you will get 20 euro each hour afterwards. There is no information about this before booking, but you will get a message after the booking is confirmed.
