"We ended up extending an extra night we loved it so much. Definitely recommend the night hike. Be warned- it is remote so only the on site restaurant (carrot soup was amazing) and sometimes limited water. Only accessible by 4x4 but easy to organize a ride with the lodge. Waking up to howler monkeys above your casita it totally amazing. "

"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. "This was by far our favorite place that we stayed on our trip to Nicaragua. The staff went above and beyond to help us receive items we left at a previous hotel and provided translations. The breakfast and laundry service were amazing. We have no complaints. Only good things to say about our stay. We will be staying here again."

"I am always a little concerned when I book someplace for a long stay, but hotel jardin ended up being the perfect place to do that for our stay in Granada. It was close enough to the main square to be very walkable,but enough off the beaten path to be much quieter. The pool was delightful and the whole staff went above and beyond to provide little niceties to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We faced some challenges for what could have been a lovely stay in this well-located hotel in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main plaza. We booked the largest suite which is a loft, with two large king sized beds on two levels. We were a group of 3 adults, 2 of whom are over six feet tall. We wanted the additional space, and needed the larger beds of the loft room. At our check in, we were told the loft room was unfortunately unavailable due to an issue with the air conditioning,...
