"My sister had almost $1,000 between Euros & US dollars stolen out of her suitcase in the room. The zipper inside the suitcase was broken and the money was taken. Also, the guy who works in the restaurant for breakfast on the weekend days gave the worst customer service we have ever had at a hotel. He was too busy smoking and drinking coffee behind the door to the kitchen to keep the food areas updated and clean off the dirty tables so there were places for the new customers to sit. "A quirky place that doesn’t allow electromagnetic radiation so all devices have to be turned off, they even had a radiation meter at reception to check. Connectors and ethernet cables are provided to connect phones etc to the imternet. Room was spacious but bathroom was very small. "Great place close to the Tram and Bus routes direct into Nantes city. Its a very nice peaceful spot with a good range of amenities and and excellent breakfast. Great value and much better than staying in one of the chain hotels. The air con in the room worked well and the outside terrace was very nice in the warm evenings. There is also plenty of indoor space to stay out of the heat or when its colder."

"The apartment was clean, spacious and well catered (except for the lack of hair dryer). However, there was no WIFI, which made it extremely inconvenient for me to do any work. I had to find another venue which is difficult in a city I do not know. The absence of WIFI made it impossible to receive emails, so I was also left stranded to access my key on arrival. Definitely not to be recommended for international professional travel."
