"I have been staying at this property while visiting Disneyland for many, many years, and boy, has it gone downhill. The room and public areas were far from clean. The hallways were littered with trash and debris. The bathtub/shower was dirty, the toilet stained and the floor needed scrubbing. The hotel staff were unhelpful. We spent 15 minutes wandering around looking for our room while dragging our luggage, as the desk clerk was new and didn’t know her way around either. The service at the restaurant was very slow and unfriendly, and the food was mediocre. The shuttles to the park were timely, but run down and dirty. They used to have nice shuttles. Now they seem to have acquired worn out old school busses with bad blue & red paint jobs. Sadly, this will be our last visit."
