"The hotel is on the second floor above. Thankfully there is a small elevator. Check in was easy with friendly and helpful staff. You can rent a room or a whole apartment. Somehow we ended up with the whole apartment. It was great, spacious, had a kitchen with full fridge and washing machine. Just down the street where a bunch of restaurants. Neighborhood was safe and walkable, centrally located. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very friendly and helpful staffs, nice and clean hotel. Walking 10 mins to the meeting point if you have tours, close and easy to walk around, just pass the bridge. Would stay here again if visit Florence again. Thank you"

"Hotel was fantastic. Grounds were beautiful. Generally shuttle was effective but we needed a cab on a rainy day and the “seven minutes” stretched to almost an hour and we missed our time to enter Uffizi. Not hotel’s fault but it was a problem."

"Such a lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Close by to everything you want to see. The friendliest staff and the loveliest building. Typical light Italian breakfast was perfect to start the day. Highly recommend. "

"Wonderful hotel. Incredible views from the huge rooftop bar/pool deck. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold options. Main level bar is beautiful and the seating areas are both well-appointed and comfortable. Both bars offer gratis snacks. View of the river Arno, Piazza el Michelangelo and more from our room window were stunning. You can literally walk almost anywhere in the city from this location. "
