"Convenient location with good restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighbourhood is walkable and the nearby parks are nice. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was fine. The bed is on the hard/firm side. Pillows were on the very light and fluffy side. Beatriz was the host and she was friendly and helpful. The place has lots of plants and decor. Different vibe than large corporate chains. You'll need WhatsApp to communicate coming and going due to the secured gate. "

"Breakfast buffet is hectic. This is one area were the staff could greatly improve. They need to change the set up because everyone is packed in the center isle trying to get their food and also waiters add to the bottleneck. 3 days in the row my wife asked one of the servers she like to have ham and cheese omelet and all 3 days he brought undercooked omelet with corn, onions an mushrooms. "La habitación sin ventilación, sin AC, con vista a los extractores de la cocina así que era muy caliente se le hizo la observación al recepcionista y la solución fue darnos ventiladores y nunca los llevaron. La extracción de humedad del baño no funcionaba y nunca fue mantenimiento a revisarla. En el restaurante teníamos que pararnos a caja a ordenar en una ocasión hasta sin cubiertos nos dieron la comida y ni platos esperamos y nada, los meseros mal coordinados.
