"From the moment we arrived the staff embraced us with history of our hotel. We were taken to our room and fully informed of all amenities that the hotel had to offer. We took advantage of the beautiful rooftop bar with its astounding views of the city and Alhambra. The spa was excellent as well with a steam room, relaxation lounge and pool. All recommendations from their concierge staff were excellent. The location was in the heart of shopping and eating at every corner."

The staff were super helpful. The pool was nice after a long hot day of walking. The parking was at the actual hotel and was secure. It was in a great area with everything close by. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ideal, um vieles zu Fuß zu erkunden – perfekt für Spaziergänge durch die schönen Gassen von Granada. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind und die Straßen sehr eng sind, haben wir außerhalb geparkt und uns mit dem Taxi bringen lassen – das war problemlos und stressfrei.
Der Weg zur Alhambra ist in der Anzeige etwas näher beschrieben, tatsächlich sind die Wege sehr steil, was bei der Hitze und mit Kindern...

Floors are very dirty and will make your feet black, regardless of how often they come by to clean. After the room was cleaned (every 4th day) the floors were still dirty.

"It was short walking distance to most places.There are Lots of restaurants , cafes , and mini supermarket .AL Hambra was 20-30 min walking but bus stop was less than 5 min walk. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Claudia took extra time to give us directions and recommendations. Would definetely stay again"
