"Very happy with all the staff, they ware able to provide us with an early entry gave me options to choose my needs and very good prices. My daughter and I ware there for the GpF1 2026 race and tums up for all the staff Very helpful and friendly. Will be staying there againd. The hotel is very central and near most historical land marks and museums. Thank you for everything. Very clean Prices are good Close to historical land marks Rooms have everything you need The restaurant's are great and food was very good. Amazing drinks.. The only thing i would have to say negative and this is just me. We ware on floor 20th and we can hear the traffic out side but it's not to bad, after walking all day, it won't matter becouse you'll go to sleep like a baby... Thanks againd will recommend this hotel to friends and family for our next vacation."

"Location was great for walking from Castillo de Chapultepec (2 mi), Av Reforma (8 blocks), Juárez, Roma Norte, and Condessa neighborhood restaurants. Easier to walk than drive & park. Staff were great, helpful & friendly. Room was comfortable but small."

"The hotel is located at a great location. Staff is amazing. But the rooms need some TLC. The shower faucet was almost rusty. The plug next to the coffee maker was loose. For a hotel of this category this is not acceptable. Room service was ok. Fast and kind service, but good was not amazing. Still it is a great place to stay, but mainly for the location."
