"Allt var helt perfekt med detta boende. Kommer definitivt tillbaka. Ligger lite utanför stan men kostnaden med Uber låg på 60-80kr per resa. Inne i Franschhoek stänger ändå allt supertidigt jämfört med vad vi gör i Europa."

Avondrood is well located in beautiful Franschhoek and an easy to walk to restaurants and shops. My wife and I walked in the evening to restaurants in town and felt safe walking back at night. "Absolutely amazing safaris. Highly recommend staying and doing at least the horse riding to get up close to the giraffes. Saw all the animals multiple times, cant complain about how close and often you see the animals. Each safari was unique and special. Also seeing the elephants and baboons outside our lodge on a morning was amazing. Lots to do and keep you busy between. Food, views, service, knowledge, wildlife were second to none. "Warm welcome. Beautifully decorated room with all the necessary features. Very comfortable bed and flexible bathroom (small point- water pressure in the bath could be better). The plunge pool was relaxing with enough chezlongue for all guests. Food was very good with an interesting contrast between Epice and Protege.
