"Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Really great staff. The outside/property area is very beautiful as well. I just don't think the place is worth the price, and I can't understand why they would advertise this as a 5 star property. The rooms look like they are from the 80s or 90s - decorations are just very, very outdated and the room just smelled old (but it was clean). "We were greeted like part of the family, the room was HUGE (room 5) and the location was perfect. Walked about 15 min to wine tram and there were plenty of restaurants around (Allora had great Italian food!) Breakfast was wonderful, staff was so friendly! Wish we could have stayed longer but we highly recommend this property!"
