"We loved the place because it reminded us of our grandparents homes. The staff was excellent from Front Desk (Hassain) to Breakfast/Housekeeping (Ahchaik, Reman, Azza) As per Breakfast there was a variety and good enough to get you going for the day. The room itself was good too (smart tv, electric kettle w/ tea supplies provided). The location is in the heart of the city making it easy to see all the attractions."

"We loved everything about the resort and Tunisia! The resort has so much to offer. Every nook was unique. We spent most of the day by the main pool and we were taking care of by Slim. We’d venture out in the afternoon. We loved Sidi Bou Said. There were great restaurants near the hotel. The food was delicious at hotel and every where we went."

However, the lunch and dinner buffets can sometimes get cold. Overall, the lunch and dinner buffet was not a great experience, but the staff is generally welcoming, except for a few who lack professional experience. "
