Overall the place is not bad at all but in my opinion its over rated regarding the price The location is fine near to city center The room was clean except i found some hair on the bathroom floor and the room floor other The shower is nice but there was only one holeder which it should be a soap or shampoo or both mixed i dont know No fridge no mini bar no snacks only water coffee and tea Check in was smoth

I had a very good stay. Mr Waleed front desk Mgr was the best. very helpful, polite, cool, wonderful & friendly. I had a problem with my room condition, Mr Waleed fixed it. I don't have enough words to thank him.Mr Waleed is gorgeous. I always asked him to book/ order taxi. I really trust him a lot. he is trust worthy person with lots of good manners & always smile. Mr Abdurazaq M hotel manager was very helpful. He did help me for doctor appointment, I had leg pain. thanking Him & Mr Waleed for all their help. God bless their hearts. Khan

J’ai séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel et ai été très déçue par la qualité des prestations. On m’a attribué une chambre au dernier étage, tout au fond du couloir, près de la sortie de secours. À mon arrivée, une odeur d’égout se dégageait de la chambre, ce qui a immédiatement donné une mauvaise impression. Les installations de la salle de bain sont très limites : évacuation de douche sale, finitions mal réalisées, et hygiène insuffisante. Les rideaux de la fenêtre étaient tachés, tout comme le téléphone, qui présentait des traces de gras. J’ai également contacté la réception le matin pour de l’aide avec mes bagages, mais personne n’est jamais venu. J’ai finalement dû descendre seule. Pour un établissement annoncé comme un 4 étoiles, le service et les installations ne sont clairement pas au niveau. Cela correspond davantage à un 3 étoiles, et un sérieux rafraîchissement ainsi qu’une meilleure gestion du service client seraient nécessaires. Si tu une version plus directe, ou plus diplomate selon ton ressenti.
