"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "This was a nice sized room with a comfy king sized bed. The building itself is historic, but the rooms are updated and modern with hard surface flooring. We were on the third floor and had a nice balcony that looked over the lake. Lots of shopping and dining options near the hotel. Easy to grab transit or Taxi/Uber as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Montreaux. "
