"We wanted to stay in an untouristed neighborhood and we got that. A couple blocks to the Metro, a few cafes,/shops/grocery stores nearby did nicely. Nice people running the plae. It's just not central city touristy glam, exactly what we were looking for."

"Really solid hotel. We had the deluxe balcony we 2 adults and child. Only gripe is lack of counter space bathroom and bedside. A small fridge would’ve been nice, but the front desk was happy to chill/freeze some items for us."

"So if you like being told that it’s okay for the staff to leave your bags out in the open when they promised to lock them away, waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up to the restaurant to even show you to a table or be told that you are wrong about something you never even asked about… this is the place for you. "Overall this property was clean service w was nice bed was comfortable. Hotel is old and in a real poor area . However it’s min away from the metro so that’s a plus if you want to get to the city central in about 25 min. No traffic it’s about 20 min from the airport . When traffic is bad can take over 1 hr."

"We specifically switched to this hotel mid-heatwave to try and be comfortable for the second half of our trip. Despite have AC listed on the booking and was confirmed it was working when checking in we found out the AC system hotel wide was non functioning. Staff did their best, but ultimately, could not fix the situation. We felt misled. Rooms are small, but the common spaces are very nice. Also, no fridges in the rooms, which is annoying. If the HVAC is working then we'd rate this hotel...
