"Owner seemed more focused on the restaurant business than hotel customers. Didn’t receive any information about breakfast at checkin/ later on, and owner didn’t seem to care when we were to pick up our luggage and leave. Hotel itself is clean and what you would expect. "

"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."

"The room seemed a bit dated but some renovations had happened to the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was nice. The breakfast was worth getting with a decent selection and views of the lake available. The gym was fairly decent however some of the machines needed some maintenance due to issues with the cables when using. Staff were helpful when we had questions and called a taxi for us on departure. "
