"The rooms were clean enough. The bathroom sink in our room didn't have a cover so whole brushing your teeth, you could literally smell the odor. We only stayed there for a few hours to catch a red-eye flight to Panama but the staff was really friendly and professional. I didn't realize that the location was literally in the heart of downtown Callao- compared to a Miraflores or Barranco, it's not the most ideal location but for the price we paid I guess I can't complain."

"Very great experience at this hotel. I got all my vip perks. The hotel is centrally located in Miraflores and in close proximity to a lot of amenities. The shower was my favorite. The water flow is so good. Overall very good hotel I would stay there again."

"This trip was for business. I stayed four days with breakfast included. I didn’t have time for breakfast but asked for a cup of coffee, to go. I was sent to the bar and asked for coffee to go. The gentleman served my coffee and asked for $10.00 soles. I explained my breakfast was included. He told me the bar was different. I handed the gentleman the $10.00 soles and he said he wouldn’t charge me this time. The next day, i had to go in the restaurant, find a table, wait for the waitress, order a...

"Como hotel para una noche de paso está bien, pero las sábana olía entre sudor y cloro Pero lo que sí me molestó fue que me tocó salir a las 3:20 am el señor encargado grosero, aparte la puerta principal estaba con llave y yo estaba con dos maletas y una de mano el tipo solo le quitó el seguro a la puerta no fue digno ayúdame abrirme la puerta para sacar todo mi equipaje? Al menos eso hubiera hecho pero solo quitó el seguro me dejó con todo y se fue a dormir Yo sé que a la hora que salí...

"At first, I booked one night, then I extended another night. Due to things changing in my plans, I asked about three more nights. Five nights in total I needed. There were no special deals for five nights so, I booked a different hotel for the three extra nights at 1/3rd the price. At the going rate with taxes, it was going to be almost $700. The hotel is nice however; it's not a value at $700."
