"I had the most pleasant stay for 2 nights at this hotel! Stefano was very kind and welcoming and communicated so well with me before, during, and after my stay he is so kind! "The room was wonderful with only a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum. I was concerned with the water flooding the room because I had seen so many reviews complaining, but if you put down a towel in front of the shower door before turning on the water, you will be absolutely fine. There were ants in the property that crawled all through the trashcan and attacked a drink that I had on the night stand. Although it was annoying, they didn't bother me. Just don't leave food out! "

"I’ll start with the pros - great location, large rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent communication. The cons - no kettle provided (I was told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea), no shampoo or any other amenities provided (apart from hand soap) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights (but more was delivered when I asked for it), coffee machine didn’t work (or maybe we couldn’t work it out).
