It has all you need and its clean. The location is not the most charmning one and the bathroom is very small. Im a big man and barely could fit in.

The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

Keeping the bed clean and parking information

The hotel stated that they have a parking lot for 10€ but nothing about it not having enough parking spaces for the guests. This happened to us having to circle the parking house close to the hotel and the streets. Giving the correct information to the guests is crucial.
