"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. "My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). "We had a 1 night stay in the Zanzibar suite at the beginning of our holiday touring The Loire Valley. After a very early morning start the staff were very welcoming and helpful and quick at getting us checked in and located to our suite which is a 2 minute walk away from the main hotel. The suite was small but had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and in keeping with the theme of Zanzibar coupled with good quality furnishings and great style. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom clean with good quality products to use. The kitchenette was well stocked with tea and coffee and a bottle of water in the fridge. The location is central with access to shops and restaurants and for exploring the city sites. We enjoyed our brief visit but would definitely recommend it as a place to stay."

"This is a very good appart-hotel. It’s convenient for the train station and the city centre. The rooms are clean and well laid out. The staff are very pleasant. My only complaint is they make you pay for each dose’ ( coffee ‘bag’) to use in the coffee machine in your room. A kettle might be better in the circumstances."

I have never stayed at a hotel where they were like my friends, recognized us, made sure we didn’t go without and just genuine nice people. Would happily stay here again just for their hospitality alone! "
