"The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We arrived at night after the office was closed but they messaged us our room number and door code. We had a little trouble opening the door because we didn't know you have to press the # key after the code. Our room didn't have coffee in it like they said there would be. We complained but they didn't do anything to comp us. We went to the pool at like 9pm (it's open til 10) but it was so dark and hard to see on the path that my daughter almost fell...

"It was much more than I expected, a super special place I even saw dolphins while watching the sunset from the shore of the beach. The coffee in the mornings with the perfect view and the green of the plants. Not to mention the beautiful kitten who is extremely adorable. 100/10"

"I chose this hotel based on the reviews, and I wouldn’t consider myself a very picky traveler—as long as I get what I pay for. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met here. The food and drinks are good once you finally receive them, but the wait times can be very long. The rooms themselves are fine, however they need to be kept extremely cold or the ceiling starts to sweat. I understand this is a tropical climate, but it’s uncomfortable having my kids come in from the pool into an ice-cold...
