"This is not your standard Ibis Hotel, breakfast was extremely limited. Rooms not well maintained with the shower rail being broken leaving you too shower whilst holding the shower head. After the first night had chargers go missing from our room and was met by a dismissive and rude manager. Who would not help. Cold shoulder from this member of staff continued by making us cold coffee (there is NO tea and coffee making facilities for you too use) This hotel is NOT upto the usual standard of an Ibis!"

"Our stay was very disappointing for a Doubletree Hilton. The beds were rock hard, there was no internet service with wifi, doors to the elevator slammed shut on you within seconds of opening, and the bathroom shower filled up and flooded the rest of the bathroom floor moments after turning it on. The one saving grace was the breakfast buffet and coffee drinks which were both quite good. "

"Positive: Check-in process, cleanliness, location in relation to the airport, room service. Cons: The room temperature was very warm, we asked the front desk for help with maintenance assistance with the AC unit, but there wasn't much they could do about it. We were also disappointed that it was end of May and the swimming pool was not open, not even filled. We were looking forward to a swim to cool off from the warm days."

The staff was warm, attentive, and dedicated to making every part of our stay easy and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, with imaginative food and wonderful service, and breakfast was full of fresh Italian baked goods. A true oasis from the typical airport hotel experience — convenient, charming, and genuinely welcoming, just minutes from the airport."
