"Pleased that we chose to stay at this accommodation. Older property, may not have been the newest, but certainly not the most expensive nor the least expensive. Worked hard to make us feel right about choosing the property for our stay in Springdale. Certainly the best dinner recommendation, Porter’s was a splendid surprise. "

"Hot tub had big chunks floating in it and was not circulating the water as stagnant water was just sitting off to one end. Some carpets, such as stairs, so dirty they were black. This hotel was supposed to be highly rated by Expedia, so don’t trust their ratings. "
