"This is a nice clean facility and what is great about it had all the amenities a guest would need from complimentary meals, items you need for cooking, Utensil - even the bathroom shampoos and other items for showering are top notched! I would rate it 10 out of 10 for a family looking for no worry stay - close to parks - Attraction - and great eating and breakfast places and bbq joints - outstanding facility and we feel it’s a safe and quiet place to stay! Highly recommended!!"

"Very good specially for the price. 30 min from Zion visitor center and lots of food options nearby. room was very spacious and had what I needed. Self check in and check out, they will send you a code for the door lock. Didn’t come across any staff and asked WiFi password and no one answered. My only complain is that the fridge wasn’t cleaned from previous guest and there was sand on the couch"

"The location and size of the room was very nice but there were a lot of gnats in our room and a crazy amount of cockroaches outside our room at night. I wish the windows had curtains. The room was very bright in the morning with just the blinds and the sun windows. The extra towels and blankets were very nice though."

"We stayed here for the first time when visiting Zion National Park. The room was clean and well-maintained, although the building itself showed some signs of age. We brought our own toiletries, so it wasn’t a problem for us, but the amenities provided in the room were a bit lacking. Other than that, the location was excellent, with easy access to both Zion National Park and Zion Hot Springs. The staff were very friendly and helped us by recommending local restaurants. "Traveled with Friend & family. Need lot of upgrade, awful smells in the hallway during check in, water was not hot enough. room need a upgrade. no AC (both units) were working in the hallway. Breakfast area need upgrade. waffle machine as broken. need more options for breakfast."

"Good location to Zion and it wasn’t dirty which are the two things I cared about the most. Check in and out was easy. Parking was convenient. AC wasn’t the greatest. The bed was okay as the bed was super springy and the blankets were extremely thin. I wouldn’t rely on the hairdryer here as it hardly blew any air. However it was a cheap place to stay."
